I recently stayed at Almaty Tranzit № 1 for a layover at Almaty Airport. It was perfect for my needs as I could check-in and check-out at any time, which was convenient since I arrived early in the morning. The room had an air conditioner, which was a lifesaver considering the scorching 39-degree Celsius weather. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the airport, and they even had a water cooler with cold and hot water available. Additionally, there is a well-known grocery store nearby and it only took me 8-12 minutes to walk there.
